CaliClay red clay tennis court system comes with a 10 year warranty and the courts will last over 20 years with minimal maintenance. No need to scarify every year. No need to re-surface every other year. Just brush, re-accommodate material as needed, add material from time to time and that’s it. The basalt is heavier than regular clay, it won’t fly away with the wind, won’t stain shoes and clothing and less material will be lost due to heavy rain. Add approximately 1ton of basalt per year.
